As real estate investors ourselves, we discovered a gap in the market. Property Management firms were failing us in performance, transparency and efficiency. We decided to change that. One Village was founded out of needing a solution to our own problem. We operate our company on our three main principles: honesty, transparency and efficiency.
One Village is a locally owned and operated real estate company serving the Triangle and Triad area, focusing on Property Management and full-service Investor Asset Acquisitions. Our unique and innovative approach to real estate transactions and property management, paired with a proven business model that focuses on adapting the latest technology, puts us ahead of the competition.

Jesse Marinez
Moving from Illinois in 2013, Jesse calls North Carolina home. A CAM certified property manager and North Carolina realtor with over 10 years of experience, Jesse has worked with some of the largest property management firms. Jesse has managed over 2,000 doors since 2008 and is also an active real estate investor in the Triangle area.
Aside from real estate and property management, Jesse loves spending time with his pup Milo, as well as traveling around the world.
Summer Thompson
Moving from Georgia in 2019, Summer resides in Durham, North Carolina. After two years, although a Syracuse Orangeman, she adjusting to the deep blue Duke roots of North Carolina.
After working part-time with her dad’s construction company through high school and college, Summer realized she had more interest in investing in real estate versus constructing and developing family homes. She decided to pursue this passion and recently became a licensed NC Realtor. She looks forward to learning from the dynamic team at One Village.
Summer loves spending time with family and friends and traveling all over the world. Sadly, she still has not made it to the North Carolina beaches!
Ian Montague
Born and raised in Raleigh, NC, Ian has lived all over the Triad area. Ian began as a leasing consultant in student housing back in 2011 and has been in the industry ever since.
Working as a Project manager and Independent contractor since 2015, Ian has successfully managed over $1M in renovations on multi-family and single-family properties. After 5 years Ian decided to turn his focus to full-time Real Estate Investing in 2020, became a licensed NC Realtor.
Ian and his wife both love real estate and work as property managers in the Triangle area. They love spending time with their 18-month old daughter and taking family trips. They enjoy traveling to beaches and historic destinations and are always taking recommendations.
Izabelle Larsson
Izabelle was born in Sweden, moved to California in 2013 and then moved to North Carolina in 2018. She loves what the different states have to offer. With years of customer service experience, working with tenants and clients on a daily basis fits right into her style.
Working with people is a passion. Izabelle values a big challenge while working in a fast-paced environment. This is one of the many reasons why Real Estate and Property Management fit so well for Izabelle, a big challenge that comes with great outcomes.
Izabelle and her family love to travel, especially somewhere warm and as close to the ocean as possible. She also values her time with her husband and their 2 beautiful daughters. They love to discover new family friendly activities in the areas.
